Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin considers the discussion of ethical issues to be an essential part of health care. In particular, medical progress, the pluralism of social values and the distribution of resources require this debate.

Patients, their relatives, all employees of the Charité and other persons involved in patient care can pose questions to the Clinical Ethics Committee or ask for an individual ethical case consultation.
